Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Toast bread cubes until golden and dry. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, melt butter, then cook onion and celery until soft. Add garlic, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the aromatic mixture over bread cubes. Gently toss to combine. Whisk broth and eggs, then pour over the mixture and stir until moistened.
- Bake: Transfer to the baking dish, cover with foil, and bake. Uncover and bake until golden and crisp.
