Main Casserole:
- 1 (30 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes or buttery crackers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix Casserole: In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion, spices, and cheese. Add hash browns and mix well. Spread in baking dish.
