- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the potatoes: Wash and scrub the potatoes. Slice thin slits across the top, stopping before cutting all the way through.
