Description
These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious twist on traditional cheeseburgers, featuring savory ground beef, gooey cheddar cheese, and a garlic Parmesan buttery crust. Perfect for parties or a fun family dinner!
Ingredients
Scale
For the Cheeseburgers:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
For the Dough:
- 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Ketchup or burger sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
- Assemble the Bombs: Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place cheese and beef mixture onto each biscuit. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over the tops of the dough balls.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm with sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a different flavor.
- For extra crispiness, bake on a pizza stone instead of a baking sheet.
