Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Season the chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes if using.
- Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook until golden on one side. Flip the chicken and cook until cooked through.
- Make the garlic butter sauce: Reduce heat to medium, then add butter and garlic to the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken in the garlic butter and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes. Finish with lemon juice and parsley.
