- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Rollups:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Cook briefly and let cool.
- Prepare the Rollups: Roll out dough, spread beef mixture, sprinkle cheese, and roll up. Slice into pieces and place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush rollups with garlic butter, bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
