Instructions

- Assemble Quesadilla: Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half the cheese, add the fried eggs, remaining cheese, and green onions. Top with the second tortilla.
- Cook Quesadilla: Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden and cheese melts. Slice into wedges and serve hot with salsa, sour cream, or avocado.
