- 2–3 dill pickle chips (optional)

Instructions
- Cook Bologna: Heat butter or oil in a skillet. Score bologna slices, fry for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Prepare Sandwich: Spread mayo on one bread slice, mustard on the other. Layer cheese on one slice. Place bologna, tomato, pickles, lettuce on top. Cover with second bread slice.
