- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Cowboy Butter Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- grated Parmesan for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Linguine: Boil linguine until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
- Cook the Chicken: Season and cook chicken until golden.
- Prepare Cowboy Butter Sauce: Melt butter, add garlic, lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Toss in chicken.
- Combine Ingredients: Add linguine to the skillet and mix well. Stir in parsley and chives.
- Serve: Top with Parmesan and serve hot.
