  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • grated Parmesan for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Linguine: Boil linguine until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Season and cook chicken until golden.
  3. Prepare Cowboy Butter Sauce: Melt butter, add garlic, lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Toss in chicken.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add linguine to the skillet and mix well. Stir in parsley and chives.
