- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions
- Prepare Pudding Filling: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Assemble Cake: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, place a layer of graham crackers on the bottom. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers, then spread the remaining pudding mixture on top. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Make Chocolate Ganache: Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips and butter in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and glossy. Pour ganache over the top layer of graham crackers.
