- Mix Powder with Sugar: In a bowl, combine the strawberry powder with the powdered sugar. Transfer this mixture to a large freezer bag and seal it tightly.
- Melt White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval to ensure smoothness and prevent burning. Once fully melted, pour the chocolate over the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Gently stir with a spatula until the cereal is completely coated in the white chocolate.
