  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pans.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
