Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round or loaf cake pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and orange zest.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix eggs, orange juice, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine and Bake: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stir until just combined, pour into pan, and bake for 35–40 minutes.
- Cool and Glaze: Let the cake cool, then drizzle with optional glaze made from powdered sugar and orange juice.
