  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

For Bunny Decoration:

  • 1 large round loaf of bread (such as sourdough)
  • Assorted veggies and crackers for serving
  • Optional: candy eyes and baby carrots for decorating

Instructions

  1. Main Dip: In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry vegetable soup mix. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts, carrots, and green onions. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Bunny Assembly: Slice the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center. Fill with chilled spinach dip. Use reserved bread pieces to form ears and feet around the loaf. Decorate with candy eyes and a baby carrot nose if desired.
