  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9-inch loaf pan.
  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Mix in ricotta, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stir until just combined.
  5. Create Chocolate Batter: Divide batter into two bowls. Mix cocoa powder and chocolate chips into one bowl.
  6. Marble the Batter: Alternate spoonfuls of vanilla and chocolate batter in the loaf pan. Swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
