- Cucumber slices or lime wedges for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Place cucumbers, water, lime juice, honey, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain Mixture: Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract liquid. Discard pulp.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Stir well and serve over ice. Garnish with cucumber or lime.
