  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 12 teaspoons Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion

Additional:

  • 2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for crisping panko)
  • soy sauce and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  2. Cook the Rice: Cook the rice in water, then season with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
