- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Mushrooms: Soak mushrooms in buttermilk. Mix flour, cornmeal, and spices in a dish. Heat oil. Dredge mushrooms in flour mixture and fry until crispy.
