Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside to keep warm.
- Sauté the Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they are softened and slightly browned.
- Add Spinach: Add the fresh spinach to the pan with the mushrooms. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spinach is wilted.
