Cod:
- 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
Sauce:

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Cod: Pat the cod fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, and sear in olive oil.
