- 8 ounces cremini or baby bella mushrooms (cleaned and sliced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Mushrooms: Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet, add mushrooms, and cook until browned.
