Macaroni:
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni

- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the Macaroni: Prepare macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water.
- Combine Ingredients: Lightly coat a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray. Add cooked macaroni, cheeses, cream cheese, milk, evaporated milk, melted butter, and seasonings. Stir well.
