Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 medium onion (finely chopped), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 8 oz mushrooms (sliced), 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, ¾ cup sour cream, salt and black pepper to taste, fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish), cooked egg noodles or rice (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, cook chicken until browned. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: Cook onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Add flour, paprika, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Simmer and stir in sour cream.
  3. Combine and Serve: Return chicken to the sauce, simmer briefly. Serve over noodles or rice, garnished with parsley.
