These Crab Crescent Bites are a delightful appetizer featuring a creamy crab filling wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough. Perfect for entertaining or as a tasty snack.

Crescent Rolls:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Cream Cheese Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked lump crab meat, drained and picked over
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
- Assemble the bites: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place a heaping teaspoon of the crab mixture on the wide end of each triangle, roll up, and tuck in the sides slightly to seal.
- Bake: Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 11–13 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can substitute imitation crab if preferred.
- Add a dash of hot sauce for a spicy variation.
- For mini appetizers, use crescent dough sheets cut into smaller squares.
