Instructions

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and oil until well combined.
  4. Mix Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until mixed—do not overmix.
