Banana Bread:
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Streusel Topping:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar

- 2 tablespoons cold butter (cubed)
Glaze (optional):
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 teaspoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined—do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon for the streusel. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled banana bread if desired.
In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
