Description

These Classic No-Bake Cookies are a quick and easy dessert that combines the rich flavors of chocolate, peanut butter, and oats into a delicious treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
  2. Boil for exactly 1 minute, then remove from heat. Immediately stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add oats and mix until fully combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper and let sit at room temperature until set, about 30 minutes.
