Dough:

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- 3 cups all-purpose flour (plus more as needed)
Filling:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon softened butter (for spreading)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let sit until foamy. Add sugar, egg, melted butter, salt, and 2½ cups of flour. Mix, adding more flour as needed. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Make the Filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll out dough, spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, roll up, and place in a loaf pan. Let rise for 30–45 minutes.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden. Cool before slicing.
