Instructions

- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- Beat Eggs and Sugar: In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until smooth.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in vegetable oil and vanilla extract, then alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture.
- Stir in Sour Cream: Mix in sour cream or yogurt until smooth.
