Instructions
- Make the cookie dough: Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add milk, vanilla. Mix in flour, salt, then fold in chocolate chips. Freeze dough balls.
- Prepare the ice cream base: Whisk cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt until sugar dissolves. Chill, then churn in an ice cream maker. Add frozen cookie dough pieces. Freeze until firm.
