Ingredients
Pasta:
8 ounces rotini or penne pasta,
Chicken:
2 cups cooked chicken breast diced or shredded,
Salad:
1 head romaine lettuce chopped, 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved, 1/2 cup croutons, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese,
Dressing:
1/3 cup Caesar dressing, salt and black pepper to taste, lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare the salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add dressing: Pour in the Caesar dressing and toss until everything is coated.
- Season and serve: Season with salt and black pepper. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
