Sandwich:
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded or sliced)
- 1/2 ripe avocado (sliced)
- 2 slices cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter (softened)
- 1 tomato (sliced)

Instructions
- Prepare the Spread: Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Spread it on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer Ingredients: On one bread slice, layer cheese, chicken, avocado, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the other bread slice, mayo-side in.
