  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 cups broccoli florets

Cheese Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta and Broccoli: Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Add broccoli in the last 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add seasoned chicken, cook until browned and cooked through. Add garlic and sauté.
