Lasagna:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, cook garlic, whisk in flour, add milk and buffalo sauce, cook until thickened, season with salt and pepper, then stir in chicken.
- Assemble the lasagna: Layer lasagna noodles, chicken mixture, cheeses, blue cheese, and green onions in the baking dish. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top. Bake covered, then uncovered, until bubbly and golden.
- Prepare the ranch drizzle: Thin ranch dressing with milk.
- Finish and serve: Let the lasagna sit, then drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with green onions before serving.
