For the beef mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
For the roll-ups:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer.
- Prepare the roll-ups: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon beef mixture onto each triangle, top with cheeses, roll up, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush roll-ups with melted butter, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.

- For extra flavor, add chopped pepperoni or sautéed onions to the beef mixture.
