Description

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce

For the roll-ups:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer.
  3. Prepare the roll-ups: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon beef mixture onto each triangle, top with cheeses, roll up, and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Brush roll-ups with melted butter, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
