- ½ cup cold unsalted butter (cubed)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Cut in the cold butter, then stir in the cheddar cheese. Add the cold buttermilk and mix until just combined.
