- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Seasonings and Others:
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- nonstick spray or extra flour for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough, spread Alfredo sauce, add cheeses, chicken, and seasoning.
- Roll and slice: Roll up the dough, slice into pieces, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush with olive oil and bake until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use store-bought rotisserie chicken tossed with Cajun seasoning for a shortcut.
