Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Prepare the Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 16 equal squares. Place about 1 tablespoon of the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each square.
- Assemble the Bites: Fold each square into a triangle or bring all four corners together for a bite-sized pocket, pinching the edges to seal. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
