- 8 small flour tortillas

- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles

For the Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickles
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
- Warm the Tortillas: Wipe the skillet clean and lightly spray with nonstick spray. Heat the tortillas in the skillet until warm and slightly crisp.
- Shape the Tacos: Press the cooked tortillas into taco shell shapes using a taco rack or muffin tin, or fold them gently into a taco shape while warm and let cool slightly to hold their form.
- Assemble the Tacos: Fill each taco with a layer of ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced onions, chopped pickles, and a drizzle of Big Mac sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve: Serve the Big Mac Tacos immediately and enjoy!
