- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

- Melt Cheese: Add the cheese, milk, and heavy cream. Stir continuously until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.

- White American cheese melts best, but you can blend with Monterey Jack for a slightly different flavor.
