- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a large pot, brown the ground beef in olive oil. Add onion and garlic.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, and seasonings. Simmer.
- Cook Pasta: Add macaroni and vegetables, simmer until pasta is cooked.

Notes
- This soup thickens upon standing, add more liquid when reheating.
