- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
- Add Blueberries: Gently fold in blueberries without overmixing.
- Bake: Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Make Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for glaze.
- Glaze: Dip tops of fritter bites in glaze or drizzle over them. Let set before serving.
Notes
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds to refresh.
