- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6–8 egg roll wrappers
- cooking spray or oil for air frying
- chopped pickles (optional)
For Dipping Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- pinch of garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook the Beef Mixture: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in cheddar cheese.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place filling on egg roll wrapper, add pickles if desired, roll tightly.
- Air Fry: Preheat to 375°F, spray egg rolls, cook for 8–10 minutes.
- Make Dipping Sauce: Whisk mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and garlic powder together.
- Serve: Enjoy hot egg rolls with dipping sauce!
